I am Alexandre Roux, a freelance developer in France working as Tekartik. I build Flutter and Dart apps from the first screen to the stores and the backend, and I wrote sqflite, published since 2017, and sembast.
Background
An engineer from INSA Lyon, I have been a freelance developer since 2009, after twelve years of mobile software at Smartcode Technologie and Palm: team lead of the Palm OS applications at Palm Computing Europe, then project lead of the Zire 71 handheld at PalmOne in Sunnyvale. Clients since then include Hublot, Schneider, Clinident, Blue Infinity and Inventhys.

Flutter apps
From the first mockups to the stores: one Dart code base for Android, iOS, the web, Windows, macOS and Linux, tested, with a desktop build to iterate fast and a web version to validate the screens early.

Local data and sync
SQLite and sembast on Android, iOS, the desktop and the web: schema, migrations, performance, tests. Apps that keep working without a network and sync with Firestore or your backend when it comes back.

Dart backends
Functions and services in Dart, with the data model shared with the app, on Firebase, Google Cloud, AWS and most other cloud providers. Built to cost little: public content is published as static files rather than read from the database on every visit.

Event and kiosk apps
Quizzes with a host controller and a big screen, photo booths with face swap, photo votes, sticker walls, scavenger hunts, Android kiosks locked to an app, and the back office to run them. Made with A2K Technologies for brands such as Decathlon and JD Sports.

A project at a fixed price
From the specification to the stores, then a yearly hosting and maintenance contract: SDK and dependency updates, store releases, renewals and small changes, so that the app keeps building and running.

A2K Technologies
2022–2026
A collaboration with A2K Technologies, the Montpellier event technology company: the Flutter apps of their brand activations (quizzes with buzzers, karaoke, video capture, photo booths with face swap, scavenger hunts, kiosks), up to the giant quiz on Place de la Concorde for the 2023 Rugby World Cup and the 2024 Olympic Games.

Hublot
2020–2026
Wear OS and Android apps for Hublot’s connected watch, with live football match data, and their backend in Java and Dart, served in Europe and in China. Also an Android app for an internal stock management solution, in Flutter.

Novostable
2020–2026
The Novostable app for Novosenso, on iOS and Android in Flutter: horses followed in their stable boxes through live HLS video, with a REST api and data sync.
